The 530 code is for the air conditioner and the 440 code is emissions related. Since you did not post the year make and model it is hard to say what to check. BTW the codes are all numbers like p0530.

440 is for the EVAP system.. Leak some where. 530 is for the A/C. This is a circuit problem. Pull the high pressure sensor plug and jump it. If the compressor starts working, replace the sensor. If not check the plug for power and ground. Nothing there. You need to check wiring, the relay, and the fuse.

and for your code, I think you can try to change the whole sending unit with the fuel pump in the tank. And see if the code come back.

The P0741 code is a torque converter clutch stuck in the off position and the po 440 code is an evaportative emission control circuit malfunction. The po440 code could be the gas cap not seated properly. Niether has anything to do with the radiator.
