I found this for back-up lamps.
If you have a question, holler. There is relay and there is a 175 amp fuse.
after changing a burned reverse light, now I have - 26170234-gcraizcttrwge135y2l3xizg-1-0.jpg

Testimonial: "I am able to follow the diagram, and seems to be close to my truck as the fuse numbers, and wire color are correct for a 6.6 diesel, however, I am unable to locate a relay labeled back up, or pcb. All of the relays seem to correspond as labeled on the cover of the fuse box under the hood. should I be looking somewhere else? Is there a reverse switch? I have been all under the kick panel/dash area, and don't see anything other than I think neutral safty switch. Thanks for any help at all."

Reverse lights not working.

Reverse lights Terry, you will have ti check plug and wires at reverse switch, if all look good, probably a bad reverse switch.
Reverse switch usually on transmission.

Reverse light dont work

No they should only come on when you put in reverse or else everyone would think you were backing up! its your bulb if just one, the fuse if both or the reverse switch indicator... Good Luck

Brake lights dont work, changed the fuse its was ok, changed the switch on the pedal , still not lights. flashers work, turn signal work, but not the brake lights. where to look next

Hi, your van does not use the signal filaments for the brake lights. You must have a wiring issue. Check for power at the brake light switch. If you have power there, the wire is broke from the switch to the S304 junction. If there is no power to the switch, the wire is broken between the fuse box and the switch. Please let me know if you have more questions, and thanks for using FixYa.

Back up lights dont work, check fuse, bulbs and replace nutrue safty switch. stiil dont work.

check circuit board at lights and grounds, it is best to use a Power Probe to test as you can apply power or ground at the lights to verify problem.

No reverse lights, bulbs are good. 1996 F250 5speed

If there is no power at socket, check for a blown fuse, if fuse is good still check it for power, you can check the b/u switch on the trani, I think your is part of the neutral safety switch,do a wiggle check( might be able to see a loose connection) do it with key on wheels chocked and/or E-brake applied, and the trani in reverse. the truck does not have to be running. Just the key in the run position. and you can check for continuity(good ground) at socket. Good luck.

Lights prob

the sockets should ONLY have power when in reverse. if they have power when not in reverse, you have a bad wire connection somewhere. the cheapest way to go is to buy brand new bulbs if you haven't already. they are only about $2.
