Are you talking about radiator fans? I'd check applicable trouble codes, first. Some of the US national brand auto stores will check codes for free, if there are any. The low speed fans won't even come on till about 229 degrees F. Turning on the ac may cause fans to run.
The battery and main fuse box is under rear seat cushion. You have to remove that seat cushion. Hopefully, the cover for fuse box, will tell you which relay is which.
The same applies for under hood fuse box. Check applicable fuses, not only check the fuse, check the fuse circuit for voltage. Use a test lite to check voltage.
As far as fuse boxes, I found most of this info in your owners manual.

To find the RADIATOR COOLING FAN MOTOR RELAY, we need additional information about your 1995 Oldsmobile Aurora 4.0L SFI DOHC 8cyl.
Please select one of the following:

The Radiator Cooling Fan Motor Relay is located: Under hood, passenger side, upper firewall, mounted in corner in relay block
When testing a cooling fan switch, first test it with the engine cold, then test it when the engine reaches a specified temperature. Check your vehicle's service manual for more directions.
To check a switch, disconnect the connector at the switch. with an ohmmeter, check for continuity between the terminals of the switch with the switch moved to the on position and to the off position.

To find the RADIATOR COOLING FAN MOTOR RELAY, we need additional information about your 1995 Oldsmobile Aurora 4.0L SFI DOHC 8cyl.
Please select one of the following:

The Radiator Cooling Fan Motor Relay is located: Under hood, passenger side, front side of wheelwell, mounted in relay panel
The continuity through a switch can be checked with an ohmmeter. With the switch open, there should be infinite resistance. With the switch closed, there should be zero resistance. With the switch off, there should be no continuity between the terminals. With the switch on, there should be good continuity between the terminals. If the switch is activated by something mechanical and doesn't complete the circuit when it should, check the adjustment of the switch. (Some switches are not adjustable.) If the adjustment is correct, replace the switch. Another way to check a switch is to simply bypass it with a jumper wire. If the component works when the switch is jumped, a bad switch is indicated.
Voltage drop across switches should also be checked. Ideally, when the switch is closed there should be no voltage drop. Any voltage drop indicates resistance and the switch should be replaced.

Can not find under hood fuse box in 99 Aurora

It's on the right front corner of the engine comp. Then there is the one under the rear seat and the one on the drivers on the bottom of the door pillar (a-pillar).

Heater stopped working this morning on my 95 Olds Aurora. A/C also fails to work. Any relay or fuse I should check for first?

there should be a fuse located on fuse panel for heater motor( 30 A Green)....after you check fuse other possibilities are bad fan motor...bad heater resistor block.....bad relay...the resistor blocks are very common problems

Cannot unlock doors on 1999 olds aurora with key or key fob

I would first check out the fuse (if there is one listed). If that is good, replace the relay. These are both located in the fuse bank in the engine bay. Fuse and relay discriptions should be on the underside of the cover.

The location of temp. sensor on a 1999 olds. aurora motor

Behind the " gooseneck".follow the top rad hose and you will see a green wire attached to the fitting. this is for the gauge/idiot light. If you are looking for the fan control sensor. It is, I beleive, computer controled. If you are not seeing a warning light or bad readings on your gauges, I would suspect the cooling fan relay.

2005 Buick LeSabre heated seat not working

The heated seats have relays that run them. Not quite sure where they are located but. That noise is the relay clicking on and off. They are actually pretty loud. Look for faulty connections to and from the relay and check battery power to both sides of the relay.
