Code p0300 refers to random misfires---misfires detected==causes ---spark plug/s --HT lead/s ---injector/s---ignition coil/s---low compression---ECM
code p 0180 refers to fuel temperature sensor A --circuit malfunction === causes ---wiring---fuel temp sensor---ECM
code p 0325 refers to knock sensor (KS) 1 bank 1-- circuit malfunction===causes ---wiring---poor connection---KS
as the codes vary to much and are not related , the first thing I would do is to replace the ECM with a known good unit to eliminate a component failure when it gets hot
after that check wiring for injectors and fuel pump
a lot of misfires can be traced to low fuel pressure and in this case, it could be from a fuel pump failing to produce sufficient pressure when it warms up( shorting out internally)
why I suggest the ECM in the first place is the code for the knock sensor which has little to no relevance to the others and could indicate a ECM problem
Testimonial: "thanks very helpful gives me somewhere to start it started shortly after my wife got gas changed plugs wires throttle positioning sensor been running fine til that point"
from questions on problems with engines running rough (missing, low power, not filling the tank easily etc) and the symptoms start after getting fuel the problems are associated with a EVAP system failure either in the vent solenoid or valve or air leakage from a loose filler cap
As a side suggestion , check the filler cap and run the codes again to see if a code for the EVAP system appears if the previous ideas do not pan out
