Try a library for a repair manual. That may not help, pretty hard to find fuse block wiring off a diagram. Find this truck at a salvage yard, take the fuse block off with wires cut way back so you can see color of the wires.

The fuse block on all models is located under the left hand side of the
instrument panel. All flashers are mounted on the fuse block. Each fuse
is marked on the fuse block as to which circuit it is protecting. Some
early models also use an in-line 30 amp, fuse for the air conditioning
hi-blower, located at the cowl relay and an in-line 10 amp, fuse for
power antennas.

you need a wire harness for your car you can buy them at most auto parts stores make sure and buy the one for your make and model they should have instructions and the wiring diagram most harnesses are color coded and pretty simple to install
pull the old fuse panel away from the bracket and replace them one at a time in the same position to the new one as the old...
make sure the battery is unhooked as well.
