SOURCE: driver side electrical window
the windows are controlled through a central electronic module called a GEM (Generic electronic module), there is no seperate fuse for the window, if only one window works then either the window switch is defective or the window motor is defective, the motor is the most common problem.
SOURCE: Power windows do not operate from any passenger location.
If the windows work from drivers switch it will not be a fuse problem. It will be the lock out switch is bad. If my memory serves me correctly on this vehicle it is actually part of the master switch and you cannot get it separately.

Fuse 26 supplies power to all the windows as well as the courtesy lamps. Fuses 10,11 are also used for the windows. These are all inside the cabin fuse panel. Please rate my assistance as this helps me thankyou RJ
SOURCE: What is the fuse number for driver's side window and where is it located?
If the other windows work ok, I don't think the problem is the fuse or relay, because they use the same fuse circuit. In my opinion, something wrong with driver side window motor. You use that one the most, so usually goes out first.
I can't rule out the master switch, at the moment. You may have to get at driver side window motor to do some testing, which means you have to remove door panel.
