Power steering fluid level and steering valve ok ?? most times leaks in these systems will not produce any codes to show on fault light

if it makes crunching noises during the turn , then it can be drive joints frozen up from lack of lubricant

Windows not working properly including the sunroof could it be the fuse? if so where is the fuse box and what is the fuse number? 2006 nissan altima

All the fuses and relays are listed here. Looks like they may be controlled by the Body Control Module?

Fuse Box Diagram Nissan Altima (L31; 2002-2006)

https://fuse-box.info > nissan > nissan-altima-l31-2002-...
Instrument Panel. The fuse box is located behind the cover below and to the left of the steering wheel.

There might be some help here. You can change the word 'windows' for 'moon roof'.

Center a rack and pinion from under the dash

yes you possibly can ( depends on the room available.)
I would do the centring at the top of the rack and pinion as this is where a multi spline is that will allow for correct centring.
when you get the shaft off the box
firstly turn the rack from lock to lock ( wheels of the ground) and position the shaft at the midpoint of the turns counted fro left to right
next with the steering wheel place it in the straight ahead position
put the shaft back on the rack and tighten up the lock bolt

Head lights

Open the hood and get a bright flashlight handy (even in daylight) it will make them easier to spot. Look on top of the headlight assembly 1 st for the left/right screw(s) and then straight into the assembly from the front for the left/right scew(s). The adjustments are not always clearly marked but you will usually see a flathead, phillips. or sometimes a torx head adjustment screw. The front adjustments tune the headlights up/down - the top adjust left/right. Good Luck!!! P.S. the best way to adjust them once you have found the screws is to park about 5 feet away from a garage door at night. Begin adjustments against the beams on the door. They should be directed center left/right and slightly downward up/down.
