On your Tiburon the purge valve is located below the throttle body. It is easier to access if you remove the boot between the airbox and the throttle body. After removing the boot look under the throttle body, the purge valve will be found mounted in a rubber hangar and it has a vacuum hose to both ends.
Go to http://www.hmaservice.com/ and register (vehicle by VIN). Afterward, you'll have access to technical information (manuals, wiring diagrams, service bulletins, etc) about your vehicle.
this code refers to EVAP Emission Control System Incorrect Purge Flow, it can be tricky to diagnose because of the number of parts, I would first check the vacuum hoses between the purge valve and the air cleaner, then the purge valve and the canister, also check the fuel tank vent and fuel cap valve and gasket. any one of these can cause this check engine code. after checking this I would reset the computer and see if it comes back.
