You can find this solution at www.tires.com. There are a few options you need to know about the vehicle such as trim level (ES, Sport) and if its front wheel drive or all wheel drive. You can also find this information on the sidewall of your existing tires. It should be be in a format such as 215/65 16 or 215/65R16. The 215 refers to the tire width, the 65 to the ratio of the side wall compared to the tire width and the 16 or R16 is the size of the wheel (rim).
The tires that you have on the vehicle are probably factory installed look at the tire and write down the tire size it says.
