I have a dodge stratus 2002 and the a/c is blowing warm air. I took the shop to get looked. They said that a/c charge is good, the freon level is good and they checked the heater coil for debris and said that is fine. i still do not think so the air that comes out is still lukwarm and does not cool off the cabin inside. This a small car for the a/c not to cool off the cabin. Does anybody have any suggestions?

Probably a bad blend door motor if it's electronic or the cable is not set right or the cable retainer is broken. Either way the blend door isn't working.

Air conditioner not working, there is a constant flow of warm air coming from the vent even when the ac is off. when you turn on the ac it just blows hot air. the compressor cycle on and off. it is a gmc...

the a/c system could be low on freon but not to low so as the compressor stops working this can cause your problem.you don`t say if the compressor cycles constantly as this is another indicator the system is low.

Air conditioner starts blowing cold air then blows warm

This is most likely the cycling of the AC unit. As the compressor pressurizes the 134a Freon you get the cold air, once it reaches a certain pressure it cuts out. If you are low on Freon it will cycle out more often. Check your freon level with a gauge to see if your within the proper tolerance. If the compressor runs for a period and doesn't reach the right pressure it will cut out to keep from damaging your compressor so it is important to keep the correct amount of freon in the system.

Not blowing cold air !!

You need check the level with a gage while its on and blowing high on the low side the ac.
either it need R134a added ore you might have leak. Best thing is check the level first and if low add the dye to see where leaks out and then top off the ac until full but you cant over fill it ore it loc up the ac pump

2002 Dodge Caravan

A couple of ways to find out what, exactly, is wrong. One start your van and look under the hood. If you turn you A/C both pullies on your Compressor should be turning. If they are your second option lies in the systems charge. If you locate the aluminum lines for your A/C system you can unscrew the cap and push the valve down (Very gently) with a screwdriver or even a nail. If nothing comes out you need to buy R-134 Freon and charge your system. Hope this helps.

Heater

Check coolant level and then check to see if both heater hoses are hot. If on is hot and the other luke warm or cold, you might have a plugged heater core. If both are hot then you might have a problem will the what they call a "blend door actuator". Both need to be diagnosed be a mechanic because they will required the dash to be removed to be repaired. $$!!!
Good luck
Harry.
