I think your only solution is going to be through the dealer, no one else will have this. Ask for a regional factory tech rep, they will have some solution, even if it comes to a new lock cylinder and ignition switch.
If you do not have the 4 digit keycode that was provided at purchase or from the prior owner, you will need to go to the dealer to have a new one programmed.
