Many cars have a "towing eye" located in the boot, that you screw into either the front or back of the car to tow it. It is a long bar with a thread on one end and a circular end on the other. The car with most likely have a small panel in the front and rear bumper bar that you remove, you then insert the threaded end of the towing eye and screw it in until it stops turning. If there is no panel in the bumper bar, then the location will be under the bumper bar somewhere and you will need to look for it. It is designed to avoid damaging the car when you tow it.

I have a 2006 chev duramax diesel. It is chipped with banks 6 pack and will stall after running fine for an hour towing a trailer

Not sure I get the description of issue,, the bang is confusing,, I would check to be sure the fuel filter is not lose or the housing is not sucking air. Keep in mind that with your increased fuel used for the tune you are elevating your egt the turbo and the exhaust are likely getting excessive heat while towing. By the way this is not a good thing. I would install a egt sensor and keep a close eye on it.

Where is the front towing eye on the Seat Ibiza

The towing eye should be in the boot with the spare wheel tools, this screws in after removing the black plastic grill at the fog light level......the side depends on what country the vehicle is from!

Need to tow 04 mazda rx 8

Top left and right corners of the front grill pull away to reveal the fixing holes. Make sure you WD40 the threads as Mazda coat the threads with paint. insert towing eyes and turn slowly unscrew and screw a bit at a time as you have a good chance of cross threading if you don't. Keep lubricating as you go. Make sure you take the plastic inserts off completely before towing as you will loose them when towing. replace when completed towing. Good luck and hope what ever the reason for towing it is not serious.
