Nissan almera swings but doesn't take.Petrol does not pump out.

Hi , possible causes for your problem could be , a blown fuse , blocked fuel filter, fuel pump relay, the crank or cam sensor, a faulty pump or wiring supplying negative or or electric voltage . The ultimate would be to have a diagnostic scan and a mechanical error trace done.
Hope this helps a bit;

Re:nissan almera 2006 1.5 petrol.\r\ntruble

I am having the same problem. I have changed my cam shaft sensor and though it has improved a little but the problem is still there, i've been told it could be the 'air flow meter'. I am having somebody check it out tonight (plugged into some computer to ID the problem)

Nissan almera petrol problem, not giving enough mileage 1.5

Try a tune up and do a compression test to see if the engine is worn out. You may want to check your air cleaner as well.

I cant locate the fuel filter on my 2005 1.5 petrol almera??? where is it???

the early models had the fuel filter mounted in the engine bay against the firewall. follow the fuel lines from the motor to the firewall. if there is no filter there then it is the late model and the filter is part of the fuel sender unit, this is mounted in the fuel tank and includes the fuel pump. this type is difficult to replace, and sometimes requires replacment of the entire sender unit.
Best way to tell is to call a nissan spare parts dept witn you VIN number and ask if this filter is replacable.
