Chech the free play on the clutch pedal it could be to tight. If so adjust the pin in wards of the clutch master under the dash board so that has free play.

It sounds like your synchro's are going. You may try changing the gear oil (75w-90). Use a GL-4 type oil.

up under the shifter there is a there is a shifter bushing that is located in the shifter housing that is rubber and it will either be gone or worn out and also i would replace the plastic ball that goes onto the end of the shifter...to access the shifter you will have to pull back on the carpet and on each side of cover will be 2 screws that you will need to take out and pull the cover up past the carpet....once you have done this where the shifter arm goes into the shifter housing there is a flange that has a spring in it and you can take a screwdriver and push down on the flange and turn and it will release the shifter so you can access the bushing and the ball.....let me know if i can help you in any other way and let me and fixya know how i did and a thumbs up and a comment would be appreciated....i have done hundredof these and this will fix the problem and make it feel like a new trans....i am pretty sure that you can only get these parts at the dealer........good luck and have a blessed day.......thanks......
