You start by looking at broken wire connection under seats, often times just unplugging wire connection and replugging works.

See if there is a plug under your driver's seat that is unplugged. Can you remember shoving anything under the seat that might have caused it to come unplugged?

SOURCE: My 2006 chrysler 300 seatbelt chime wont shut off

Look under the seat and see if the plug is unplugged to the switch. You may have a break in the wire as when you click your seat belt together it completes the ground and turns the chime off.

My seat belt alarm keeps dinging even though my seat belt is secured/fastened. how do I make it stop?

There is a small wired connection that leads to your set belt buckle under your seat. My bet is that is loose or came disconnected as you put something under your seat. It will have a small plastic connection point in the line.

Check under both seats and make sure the wire harness is plugged in all the way. Some times shoving stuff under the seat unplugs wiring harness; seat belt sensor, occupant weight senor for air bags, heated seats & power seats (could be more than one wiring harness. Look inside belt buckle fastener; is it crusty with anything (food, crumbs, coin change)? Blow it out with a portable can of air. Make sure both the male/female parts of belt are clean, non-rusted/corroded & non-damaged to make good electrical connection when belted in; this turns off your belt warning light and bell. Check all wiring from the belt buckle release a the way down to under the seat; both sides...both seats They both seats could be interlinked into system; when one fails (bad connection) the other seat sensor fails also.

Even after I buckle my seatbelt the chime still goes off and my car does not recognize it is buckled. Please tell me which fuse I need to take or what to do and dont tell me to check my manual and follow...

Try looking for a wire that connects to the seat belt somewhere under the seat it could have become disconnected or cut. Also try taping the fastener with something like a hammer maybe a bit of WD-40 cause something might be sticking inside the fastener.

Thanks

The 'ding-ding-ding' that sounds when you don't fasten your seatbelt goes on as soon as i put the key in the ignition. it only stops when i have the engine running or the key setting that runs the battery...

You don't. It is there as a reminder to use your seat belt, you know that. Disconnect it and fail inspection in some states. You can thank all those poeple who never worn seat belts 30 years ago when it became a law,for the warning buzzer you don't care for.
