My accord tourer 2.2i ctdi whistles when I rev it won't go above 2000rpm in any gear.. It started a few days ago. the more I rev the worse it gets, I've noticed it sounds like the exhaust has a leak?

Quick and easy attempt to fix might be to try some fuel injector cleaner,the purple bottle stuff I put in, is only about $3 a bottle, and seems to eliminate similiar symptoms brought on by bad gas.

the oxygen sensor maybe unplugged, it should be in the manifold, sounds like itss running rich, once fault fixed lean sparkplugs and reset ecu

your motor mount is probaly bad and needs to be checked

Have the alternator tested. You are providing a low charge to the battery when you jump it and when taking it above 2K RPM requires more amperage resulting in the engine dying and the rough idle

sensor problem,without the right equipment it will be cheaper to put it in the dealers
