SOURCE: oil sending unit on 2004 chrysler sebring V6

Should be located close to the oil filter. It will screw in like a spark plug. It has a harness plug. Easy to change, save yourself $70 in labor. You will need a fairly large wrench to remove

SOURCE: Where is the fuel filter located on a 2004 Chrysler Sebring Sedan

Some of the Sebrings have two filters(one is called a sock). The sock(which all sebrings have) is located in the fuel tank itself on the pump module. If this model is the JXI then the external filter is located on the belly of the car between the tank and drivers rear seat. I hope I could help!!!

SOURCE: 1999 Chrysler Sebring Convertible code P1495. I

Code 1495 = Leak Detection Pump Solenoid Circuit

Remove the connector from the solenoid (should be on the back wall, just to the drivers side of the air-hat). You will have the solenoid to check and the harness. What you want to measure is the voltage coming from the harness and the resistance of the solenoid.

Turn the key to the "ON" position but do not start the motor; the voltage at the connector should be at least 10V or more,.now, check the resistance of the solenoid (should be around 35 ohms).

Hope helps.

Don't have access to timing change or water pump after taking the weel off. 2001 chrysler sebring 2.7l

There's a plastic splash shield between the wheel and the engine that must be removed. If you're stuck here, don't even try to do this job. It is a HUGE undertaking, involving removing the timing cover, timing chain, and a lot of accessories before you get to the water pump. See the link.

What's the easiest way to change a water pump on a 2004 Chrysler Sebring

Have a mechanic do it is the easiest way. But if you are asking what is the easiest way for YOU to d-it-yourself, you would need to tell us which of the six different engines is in the vehicle, since they will all be slightly different. Be advised that there are three 2.4L engine options, a 3.0L option, and two 2.7L options. Include the VIN engine code along with the size for the 2.4L (VIN G,J, or X) and 2.7L (VIN R or T)options.

Have the water pump checked for operation, also have the radiator checked to see if it may be plugging up. Flushing the radiator may help also.
