Vacuum or air leak, low fuel pressure, bad pcv valve, just to name a few.
If it defies all diagnostic remedies, the fix is rebuilt replacement fuel injectors-all 6 (or all 8) of them. They are only sold in matched sets. Or it just could be injectors that need cleaning, not necessarily replacing.
Start with checking fuel pressure, then look for air or vacuum leaks.

What are the probable causes of DTCs P0171, P0174, and P0500?

System too lean can be low fuel pressure, fuel filter dirty, fuel pump weak or dirty pump sock/filter, dirty/restricted fuel injectors, MAF contaminated, exhaust leaks near O2 sensor, EGR gasket or diaphragm leaking . The P0500 speed sensor code could be a wiring/connector issue or the sensor itself. Check and clean the connections first.
