No starts have 50 causes
no tuneup tops list
there are 1 to 15 tests to find it, using tools and meters/gauges
scan it yet
check fuses yet?
does CEL lamp glow key on, (it must)_

2.0L engine? J20a?
no spark?
if spark is ok, try test fuel? yet?
if test fuel fails, engine or spark are bad.
15min work, this,,,, and no more guessing what part of system failed.

1998 GMC Yukon. It has trouble starting once it starts it runs great

Eliminating the obvious, do NOT put your foot anywhere near the accelerator AT ALL when starting the vehicle (some people actually stomp on the accelerator while starting their vehicle, then wonder why their vehicle won't start when cold).
You may be losing pressure at the fuel rail when the truck is off. Either you have a fuel leak (such as a leaky fuel injector or leak in a fuel line), or you have a bad fuel pressure regulator. Try turning the key to ON, leave it there for ten seconds, then start the vehicle. If the vehicle starts more easily, you are losing fuel pressure when the vehicle is off.
It is also possible that the check valve in your fuel pump assembly is leaking pressure back into the tank. Additionally, as a last measure, replace all fuel in the vehicle to eliminate the possibility of fuel contamination or moisture build-up. Avoid using ethanol blend fuels in your vehicle, if possible.

When the outside temp is below 30 degrees my 1994 jeep grand cherokee 4.0 will not start

lots of guesses. sure.. common here.
first would be a real tuneup , using the 60,000 mile list. for sure.
filters and spark parts. (my guess is you did)
1994 is a great year, all 93+ jeeps are good from 93 to now.
I presume this is USA car, and you scan it and there are no
DTC errors.????
seems its flooding ,
if 5% throttle makes it start, that is lack of air or flooding
if wont start and the super secret WOT crankings clear flood , then was flooded, Wide open throttle cranking , cuts all fuel (the secret)
so is , IAC/ISC stuck closed, chean it yet.
or injector leaks (pass the injector leak down test ,does it?0

got 500k miles o jeeps from 88 to 99+
and the ISC stick on them all.

the ISC is the electric, ldle speed control valve.
if it sticks closed, you cant get full air supply to start.
had to clean mine every 10 to 20k, miles.
until i found the magic, spray that cured that.
"klondike gun lube spray": looks like teflon after it dries.

that run rough started is called misfire.
and is flooding, (if injector are not leaking) its air supply wrong.
one more thing,
the ECT must read 30F when parked overnight, and was 30f.
see? a cold engine will be near ambient air, first thing, in the morning.

running old fueL:?
running summer fuel from last August?
the ECT sensor causes injections to match true temps.
make sure it reads right for all bets off.

clean ISC first. not shot gun parts
for that cash you could have got a nice scan tool.
like this.

the prefect tool for 93-95 jeeps. does OBD1 on JEEPS !!!!

Sometimes my 03 eclipse will crank but not start,,,let it sit 10min and it starts like a champ...always runs sooth and doesn't die once started....

If pumping the accelerator seems to work ( it actually does nothing) then there is an indication of a sensor failure either in the accelerator position sensor or accelerator motor. run the fault codes and replace any faulty sensors.

I jumped car off it crunk on its own fora day, then batt went dead again, this time it won't jump off. It wants to crank but won't turn over.

not sure what you said but.
seems the battery is discharging,? 12.6v is fully charged,
own a voltmeter?
try a good loaned battery , does it start the car,?
i think you meant?
i can jumper cable start my car at any time. (off another running car)
but after running my car, the battery discharges and it will not crank at all. right?
this means ,the charging system on your car is bad.
if the starter cranks great, then the engine is flooded or is in great need of a tune up (sparkplugs etc)
if flooded try the super secret in the op guide, crank with throttle wide open , this magic trick cuts all fuel injection allowing the flooding
to purge away, and eventual starting.
my guess 2 is the car wont start, so you crank the battery flat
you jumper start it and it runs. (luck)
then day 2, same deal cranks ok but wont start.. ever tune up the engine?

1995 honda civic d15b7 cranks but wont start. new

Are you sure you have correct timing? its definetly a fule problem, if timing is good then turn your key to the on position and try to listin for the fule pump to prime. While the key is in on position go to fuel rail, there is a valve on fule rail called sharader valve. Get a small screw driver and press valve in to check if car has fule pressure. if pressure is present then it is incorrect timing or possible bad cam sensor.

1997 mpv mini van runs great. While traveling i drove from SC to Atl GA....parked and went into motel for evening...the next morning i had very difficult time getting it re started....Like it was not...

I think you should check your battery and alternator. If they both check good you may have a battery draw, something draining the battery over night.Check your doors make sure they are closing like they should.

1997 chevy 2500 4x4 stumbles

Fuel pump is most likely the cause. Probably just barely making the required pressure to start. Needs to maintain 60-66 psi while cranking to start.

1992 Buick Park Avenue - car runs great..when it runs.

The crank sensor is located on the side of crankshaft damper/pulley it mounted on a bracket. However it think that you may have a map-sensor problem that's very common with this vehicle. The crank sensor is not hard to change at all. Good Luck get back in contact if you need more help
