Have you checked for power at the starter wire during crank? If no power, possible relay or ignition switch/wiring
There should be power o the small terminal of the stater anytime the key is in the crank position. I would start with checking that. If there is no power you will need to trace that circuit back.
That wire gets power from the starter relay and the relay gets power from fuse 20 in the TIPM (underhood fuse box). The starter relay control side starts at the ignition switch. The pink with dark green wire should have power with the key in the crank position. That power goes to fuse #10 in the TIPM. it then goes to the starter relay. the starter relay is grounded by the PCM.
Give that a whirl.

one thing to check is the positive and negative battery post's. check for any corrsion and even do a voltage test to the starter. check the grounds. The battery might be bad have you tryed to jump it? The battery light comes on when their is a dop in voltage in the sys.

Lots of Issues with Ignition switches. Car will not crank due to incorrect pass lock voltage to BCM.Most Likely Has A DTC B2960,B3033 Stored in BCM Most likely need another Ignition switch..Good Luck

If the starter is spinning but not cranking the engine the ring gear is worn out.Need to remove engine and or trans to repair

A bad voltage regulator could cause the problem. Assuming the alternator is working correctly. Jump the vehicle with the battery disconnected and then disconnect the jumper cables. If the vehicle dies your voltage regulator or Alternator are bad, some vehicle have separate regulators from the alternator, if it continues to run the alternator is good but the voltage regulator is probably the cause.

This problem has to duplicate while in the shop, although one vehicle had similar problems to yours it may not apply to your case this is what was found in this case. Vehicle had 84,000 miles. Customer complains of intermittent stall at idle, No CODES were found, after checking everything the fix was Replacing the ECM and reprogramming.
It improved Idle Quality and Performance and no stalling ever since
Good Luck
