Courtesy light or dome light(small interior light located on headliner) inside of car ,will come on when door is open

Hi; I believe the cigar lighter is on that fuse and that was a problem on these vehicles.

i had an old gmc diesel van,it would not like changing gears, thought maybe tranny trouble, & i changed the fuel filter,problem solved, turns out it wasnt getting enough fuel to change gears.maybe your fuel filter needs to be changed
