does it do it when its in gear or just in nuterall its probably a dodge reverse switch when its ticking over the vibration will be making the switch jump about causing the lights to come on also could be the wiring comming loose wiggle the gear stick about with the cars ignition on so all the light work and get some one to stand at the rear of the car to see if they are comming on while your wigaling if they still come on its the reverse switch hope this helps ivan
