Is there anyway that i can fix bent push rods ?

There is no way to repair push rods. If they are bent they need to be replaced. However, the hundred-dollar question is "Why were they bent?" The only thing that will normally bend a push rod is if the pistons hit the valves and compressed and bent the rods. If the push rods are bent, you should go the extra distance to inspect the valves/pistons for damage as well.

Grand am clutch pedal

try opening the bleed nipple on the slave cylinder so that you are not trying to press against the pressure plate when you push the rod into the master cylinder.

I have a ford expedition 1997 with a lot of play in the sterring wheel, i just recently had an aliment

play is really only caused by 2 things , the tie rod ends are loose or worn, the steering rack is coming apart, if this play was not there before the alignment then they may have left the tie rod adjusters loose.
