Code p 2103 refers to throttle actuator control(TPC)motor--circuit high====causes--wiring short to positive----TAC motor
go to the wreckers that handles your make of vehicle and get one from a vehicle that is the same year as yours
-If it is. Take it out , disassembly and clean it. Then put it back
to find out how it work. If not the possibly need to buy new one.

The low voltage accessory battery and high voltage hybrid drive battery are in the trunk area. If hit from behind the hybrid battery may have been damaged. The high voltage battery is the one that actually starts the car. This battery is too high voltage for a normal person to check. Call the dealer so they can get in the shop to fix with the right kind safety procedures.
