Hi I have 2007 toyota camry hybrid and we checked there is a code P2103 and it says throttle actuator control motor I called the dealer and they said the part is only 900$ thanks can some one plz help

Code p 2103 refers to throttle actuator control(TPC)motor--circuit high====causes--wiring short to positive----TAC motor
go to the wreckers that handles your make of vehicle and get one from a vehicle that is the same year as yours

-If it is. Take it out , disassembly and clean it. Then put it back

to find out how it work. If not the possibly need to buy new one.

Yes, it is the engine computer. The problem sometimes will not allow to pass 2200 RPMs. The warranty will cover up to 80,000 miles. There is one at a good price below. where I bough mine:

The low voltage accessory battery and high voltage hybrid drive battery are in the trunk area. If hit from behind the hybrid battery may have been damaged. The high voltage battery is the one that actually starts the car. This battery is too high voltage for a normal person to check. Call the dealer so they can get in the shop to fix with the right kind safety procedures.

Its rare that you have to replace the whole throttle body. The code given indicates its the throttle position sensor on the side of the throttle body. Its parallel from the actual throttle and fyi to you it only that's 10 mons to replace so don't get ripped off

I brought my toyota camry to phil toyota dealer and complain that the light of abs is on including the emergency brake light and they told me that i have to replace the abs actuator and has to import it...

You can not get a free manual
That is a large publication

Doubt the factory manuals will
help a repair shop change out an
abs unit.

I do not see why they need anything but
the part.
They were able to diagnose the problem
down to the abs issue

You said toyota dealer ?
Dealers have all kinds of link to the
data from the manufacturer

My 2007 toyota corrolla s-type has a throttle

Hi it is most likely an air fault, check the air mass sensor and clean it up with carb cleaner, this sometimes fix's the fault so worth a go before buying anything else.

This would cause the fault you mention, Im not sure about the computer issue as I have never had any faults with toyota's ECU's they are normally very good that way.

Is the engine light on? if not then it is most likely to be the air sensor, get back to me if you are unsure.
