First make sure you have voltage at the tail light connection. If you do then check to make sure you have a good ground. Make sure the connections are clean. Check to see if the bulb is bad. It might have a bad connection. If no power at tail light then follow the wire to see if there is a bad spot in it.

A sticky latch. Spray it with WD40 or Garage door lube. Try and get to the solenoid as well as the latch itself. You will have to remove a bit of trim.

so first on call cars, we check fuse first and for sure M.r cluster

The 'premium' fuel shouldn't really affect your vehicle especially as it is reasonably new. You will need to find out what has caused the Engine warning light to come on. These means you will need to get it plugged into a diagnostic system or an OBD2 scanner to read for any trouble codes. If you do not have access to one you will have to pay for the scan.

If your radio isn't working it will be a electrical issue. Try the simple things first like checking the fuse. I'm assuming your Cruze is 2011 or newer. You need to check fuse 4 on the 'in cab' fuse panel. The pull off cover is in the driver's side dash, level with your left knee. It should be a yellow 20 amp blade fuse.

I presume you refer to a 2011 Chevy Cruze?
If not this fix applies to most automobiles.

The release lever is located just inside the door low under the wheel and gauges near the kick plate. Reach down under the dash and pull up in the lever to release the hood.

One the hood is released, pull up on it And push the catch until the hood raises freely and then lock it open with the hood prop located inside the motor compartment.
