5th wheel campers range from free to 10,000 dollars per foot, depending on who is selling it and whether it be new, used , or junk.
(The 10,000 a foot will be one that is custom made for you.)

Considering that the vehicle is 25 years old, your chances of getting a decent orignal steering wheel is slim. Ebay.com or craigslist.com may be where you have to search. A dealer will not have this part.
