What grade oil for 2002 ford xr6 ? - Ford Cars & Trucks

FORD FALCON XR6 2002 6 cylinder 4 litre

Use a 10w -30 synthetic blend or premium oil (such as Castrol Magnatec Stop Start 10w-30)
OR
if you want to use a fully synthetic oil (better but higher priced you can use 5w-30 full synthetic (such as Castrol Edge 5w-30).

When selecting the oil in the correct grade make sure the one you choose is mentioned on the label (usually on the back label) as meeting Ford requirements as oil companies can make make 2 or 3 different formulations in exactly the same grades to meet the requirements of different car manufacturers.
