The dash says service stabilitrak And I fixed abs sensor and egr sensor

The primary purpose of the StabiliTrak system is to maintain the movement of your car in a straight line while you are driving it on the road. This system has sensors that keep track of your steering wheel's position and the tires compared to the direction you are driving on the road, and Stabilitrak and ABS have no direct connection with each other. If the StabiliTrak light suddenly flashes on and off on your dashboard, it could be caused by several things, such as

• A connection in the system is poor
• Controller is malfunctioning
• An input sensor is malfunctioning.

If the ABS pump is making an unusual noise during normal braking on a good road, then something else is going on - it could be a faulty wheel anti-lock brake sensor or connection, or another ABS fault. In that case, with the ABS operating abnormally it may be indirectly affecting the StabiliTrak sensors. A quick check of all trouble codes may help.

yes it can be driven have vehicle scanned for any trouble codes --be cautioned --stabili-trak is tied into abs and speed sensors and the transmission-engine -and can go into limp mode -this problem sometimes has been known to show up and clear itself ---check your hubs- abs wiring and sensors -speed sensors --check that debris didnt damage or disconnect any wires or connections also traverse would kick up stabilitrak problem with a fuel management problem

There is a steering sensor located at the base of the steering column. If the stabilitrak light is on, there should be a service engine or ABS light on. Have the codes checked and write them down as not to forget. Typically the code is set in the ABS system if the steering sensor is having an issue. However engine and transimission issues can cause the stabilitrak light to come on.

If you get an ABS (anti lock brake system) light on as well, you probably have a bad front wheel bearing (the ABS wheel speed sensor is built-in). Check the harnesses going to the sensors first, they may be damaged from turning. If no ABS light accompanying the Stabilitrak message, then you will need to get it scanned for a diagnostic code to further evaluate.

The service stabilitrak comes on if you pass gas near one of these vehicles. It can be from anything like a weak battery or a sticking EGR valve (my car's current issue) to a wheel sensor module/hub assembly (past problem with mine) or a combination of things. The first step is to get the error codes checked by someone with a reader (dealer or good mechanic). From there, you will know enough to say how much it will cost to fix it. Chevy needs to be sued for this problem because they won't do anything to change it otherwise. It's basically a useless warning light because the AWD is always on, and unless you get an ABS warning, or plan on driving like a maniac on a muddy road, the Stabilitrack is a waste of money. If it ever DOES come on, it will probably be after you hit something, anyway.
