Hope you can read it, the two fuses on the left, 140 amp fuse and 10 amp fuse. The L terminal on just about any alternator is excite voltage through the charge lite, you need excite voltage. That's all I got.

Fuse F2.16 30 amp . location inside the vehicle fuse panel . Also use's two relay's , wiper - run/park relay & high/low relay - location under hood fuse box . K-140 & K- 316 . The wiper / washer switch is an input to the GEM module , generic electronic module . The GEM module energizes the the relay's to turn on the wipers .

My Jeep Compass 2007, 2.4L, needs a new alternator. What AMP should I purchase? The one in my car is 120 AMP but all the shops I spoke to have 115 or 140 AMP only.
If the 140 amp is the same configuration as the original then choose the 140. The 140 amp rating is the available amps to give. Also go higher in amps available but maintain the same voltage for whatever device you're replacing.

I own a 2004 dodge dakota and I think the fusible Link went bad at least that is the advice that everyone has given me. I have the fuse, just can't find it. Book says it is in the Power Distribution...
Best chance is to go to a Mopar store and check with a clerk to help you find the fuse box (and more then likely it is under the hood close to the battery ) a box with a lot of cables connected to it in side this box you will find the main fuses for ECU (Electronics ,Control , Unit)
