I have a 1990 Jeep Cherokee Leadro Having problem with it staying running. It will crank and run up but then shuts off before reaching idle.

Sounds like insufficient fuel delivery. Likely problem is the fuel filter is plugged.

Have a 2000 jeep Cherokee starts up runs fine shut of wont start then starts up runs fine

check the basics, air, fuel, spark one at a time, check fuel pressure and spark, you are losing one of the three for it to shut down, one thing to also look at is the crank sensor signal if you loose the signal it will shut down

Fuel Pressure at motor on a gauge?

Starts & runs- then shuts off several min later

Can't even drive it at all- or even put it in gear

2002 jeep grand cherokee, starts but will not stay running, replaced a fuel relay, and it has gas.

If it has the 4.0 l-6 engine,you may want to check the crank sensor.They are notorious for developing a crack around the electronic eye that allows oil to cover it thus there is no signal.No signal no run.

Jeep starts but wont stay running. changed fuel filter O2 sensor and cleaned injectors. When running it runs great. after it warms up if you can get it to run that long it runs great.

Possible electrical problem. If the module in the distibutor gets hot it will shut the vehicle down, let it cool down for about 10 min. and it starts again ?

Ignition coil just about to be gone. Replace it before You get more problems. Crank angle sensor will be next.
