After driving the car for 15-20 mins and I shut it off the go into a store I come back out to start it and it will not start. cranks but no start and if I leave it sit for an hour or so it will start back up. Not really smelling and gas though..
The fuel pump is in the fuel tank, when was the last time the fuel filter was changed? Do that and then do a fuel pressure test. Pump could be geting weak, but does not show up until it gets warmed up, or fuel filter is dirty and restricting the flow and in conjuction with a weak fuel pump will cause it not to run.
Well that all depends if you have done it before or not, just watch when you break the lines loose you don't get a bath in gas, unless you bleed off the pressure at the shrader valve under the hood, You will need 2 wrenches 1 to hold the filter and 1 to break the fitting loose, and a socket to take the bracket off that holds the filter. Its not that hard just akward.
