Start by checking the ground connections.
Disconnect, clean,re-connect

Must be a bad connection if the bulbs are ok.
Are they the right bulbs? Are they in correctly into the sockets?
Do the headlights work?
Check to see if they're on a separate fuse.

Generally when the turn indicators blinks really fast it means that the bulb has burnt out and needs replacing. I believe that they are dual filament bulbs in the back meaning that the stop/turn/park light are all in one bulb. In order to gain access to the bulbs you'll need to remove the tail light assembly. You will have to open the rear hatch and on the bottom by the taillight you should see two screws. Remove these screws and pull the taillight out and disconnect the electrical connectors. Next you will have to remove the socket. To do this just turn it,counter-clockwise I believe, slightly and it should pop right out. Replace the bulb and reinstall and you should be all set. Check correct wattage globe is installed in both front and rear indicator lights;
check if any other side/repeat indicator lights have failed.

replace the rear bulb it flashs fast to let you know the bulb is bad, whatever bulb is not flashing thats the bad bulb, should be a 1157 bulb or a 1156 if it has one contact it's a 1156 if two it's a 1157

SOUNDS LIKE YOUR SHIFT CABLE IS BROKEN TAKE YOUR CENTER CONSLE APART BY THE SHIFTER AND YOU WILL SEE A CABLE THAT IS CONNECTED TO YOUR SHIFTER MOVE YOUR SHIFTER BACK AND FORTH AND YOU SHOULD SEE YOUR PROBLEM.
