Suddendly start running rough and worser on overdrive. Iused scanner it showed p205,p2609and p2149.Please tell me what to do.

If you mean the engine starts running rough at say 40 or 50 mph, once you go into overdrive the engine is working very hard and any weak component can show up. Could be spark plugs or other factors.
If the check engine light is on you need to have the computer checked for trouble codes to help narrow down the options.

Are you not using factory diagnostic reference material
on a data base, such as ALLData,Mitchell or Identifix?

You basically can not test a TACM even with a scope,
like a fuel pump, as it runs only in small steps & both
directions.

The scanner most likely shows a code,that doesn't tell you it is bad,
just like no codes tell you what is wrong.

Reset the MIL Lamp ? --as in clear all data from pcm/ecu

Supprised you ask these questions being a repair shop

Have you not checked for ignition misfires,that will kill the TPS
Sensor data & shut off the throttle response on some vehicles

When you tested the circuit, did you have voltage and a pulse signal from the computer ?

Make sure the injector harness is on the correct
injectors by wire color

I doubt the #5 was the problem

If your car has a manual transmission, it is probably the clutch getting ready to burn our

most likely the ignition system is breaking down under load and it's heaviest load would be in overdrive common ford problem start with plugs and wires see if this helps.

Sometimes a rough idle like that is a fuel filter. As you've already done the plugs and wires the fuel filter would be my next bet.

Get the codes that were saved when the "engine light" came on and post them here. (You can get them retrieved for free from Auto Zone).

I'm going to take real *wild* guess that somehow that rough spot you hit actually impacted the oxygen sensor and disconnected it or damaged it.

Overdrive light flashing is a warning to alert the driver there is a problem with the transmission . DTC'S - diagnostic trouble codes are stored in the transmission control module . Have it check !
