All the you tube videos show only single cab or Navigators. Really going to get cold could use some help.

The heat exchanger housing is the same for all the model types except for the blenddoor actuation if it is manual or electronically controlled which has different part numbers
the dashboard is mounted the same way for all cab types and is removed by the screws and bolts the same way
still going to take over 12 hours start to finish if you get it right first time
I didn't it took two tries and a weekend

When air or heat is on squilling sound comes on 98 buick century

If the squealing is coming from the engine you may need a belt. If it sounds like the dash it could be your blenddoor actuator having problems cycling or the blower motor

I need a break down of blenddoor or actuator for my 04 2500, only blows out the dash vents, any help here?

Before you tear into this thing, check around under the hood for a dislodged, broken or cracked vacuum hose. It's the problem most of the time.
