When i start the car up put in drive hardly no power on accelleration

You say it runs well in normal driving, but when try to accellerate hard then it has no power? When is the last time you had a tune up on this?

Try replacing the fuel filter, especially if you've run the tank low. Micron screen has picked up all the **** in the bottom of the tank.

Sounds like drive line issue, with the accelleration based symptom. CV joints are an area to check closely.

try adjusting the throttle position switch very hard to adjust right car will hesitate , not idle properly and hesitate when accellerating if not adjusted properly.

pull the shifter down to first when you stop then put shifter back into drive when you start to move...

I would replace the air flow meter firstly.That seems to be your problem.

try a few things ? throtale cable? cleaning throtale plates ? check for a leack in rear main seal?

Sounds like low fuel pressure.

Maybe when you went into the ditch you partially pinched your fuel line so now your not getting enough fuel to the motor?Crawl up under your car and see if you can see any damage to the fuel lines, or anything else...filter etc.
