Transmission for pontiac g5

I have been to the pontiac dealer more times in my life than i can count and i have only had the car for 1 year, the continuous problems that seem to occur with the huge issue being the transmission. my whole car jerks while im driving it and pontiac keeps telling me this is a characteristic of the car. does anyone feel like the **** has a huge **** while driving it. please let me know! the car has 8,000 miles on it and ever since i bought i brand new i have a rotten egg smell inside my cabin. and i even changed gasolines like they had asked me too. i hope GM helps me out! im wrestling between gm and the dealer for them to do ANYTHING to help me drive a safer car that does not **** during normal driving! any ideas? please let me know!

Your dealer is full of it and you should stop using that AH. Get yourself another dealer that is competent and worthy of your business. No car should operate the way yours is.

You appear to have either a fuel delivery problem or an erratic ignition causing the issue.

SOURCE: 2009 Pontiac Vibe speedometer inaccurate

Because pontiac vibe is a toyota matrix clone and both are made in two different places/countries I guess pontiac ( better looking one - new model :) has different size tires . Speedometer is calibrated to standard size tires . If you have smaller or bigger you will see some differences. Of course it may be few other things but let's start with the simplest one. Good luck

SOURCE: gm passlock security system how to disable

Wiring diagrams can be found online, however i believe you can re-learn the key by leaving it inside the ignition tumblen and switch it to accesory. Then disconnect the b attery for about ten minutes and then try starting the car without taking the key out.

Your catalytic converter is plugged up,  If you check the exhaust output at the tailpipe you will find it restricted.

This is not normal

It's not normal!
Dealers are deaf to issues!
My moms dealer told her the grinding noise from her starter was because it was new and needed to break in!

Try using better grade gas, stick to one brand for a couple of tanks. Some new cars need higher octane too.
But stick to one brand and grade for a few tank fulls.
