Noise right front wheel sounds like wheel bearing, 1998 Dodge 3500 Van

try steering the the car to the right and the left while driving down the road. listen for the noise to get louder or quieter as you steer the car. which ever direction you steer and it gets louder it will be the bearing on the other side. for example if you turn right and it gets louder its the left bearing because you have just shifted the vechical weight to the left side by turning right. and also in that same situation the bearing would get quieter because you have just unloaded the left bearing and put the weight to the right side.

Dodge 99' Stratus Over Heating

Overheating going down the road is usually caused by a faulty/clogged radiator. There isn't enough flow/cooling effect. Check for debris in the fins, or replace the radiator.
