Most backup lite switches are incorporated into the neutral start switch assembly which is mounted on the side of an automatic transmission.

I have a 2001 camry. The backup lights quit working. Fuse good bulbs good

Check to see if you have power getting to the backup light, if not then you will need to trace it back to the fuse control box, or take it to an auto electrician to fix the problem, hope this helps

2004 Ford Escape BACKUP LIGHTS both are completely not working. We have new bulbs and the fuse is new what could be the problem for the lights not working?

My guess would be the neutral safety switch on the transmission.
The switch also acts as a backup light switch when the shifter is in reverse.
I would check for power at the switch for the reverse light circuit.

My drivers side backup light isn't working. I changed the bulb and it still doesn't work. Apparently there isn't a fuse for the backup light. Can anyone help?

If the other one is working then there is something wrong with the wireing between the two of them, or the connection in the light or the bulb contacts are dirty in the holder.

Parking and backup lights quit working.everything else works including instrument lights.checked fuses and parking light relay both are good. Can someone please come up with a suggestion.

Try checking out your light bulbs in parking and backup light locations. Sometimes when one bulb goes out or just comes loose, it stops the entire circuit from operating.

S80 backup light wont work

There are only 2 things to check other than the bulbs, 1st the back up lite fuse, and the 2nd the back up light switch on the trans, if the fuse is ok replace the backup light switch.
