There is loud knocking in the engine while i'm driving and does'nt go away.
Main bearing replacement (there are four main bearings in your V6 engine) is MAJOR work. The engine must be removed from the vehicle and almost completely disassembled to get to the main bearings. If the bearings have 'spun' (likely), the engine will require machining to correct.
Unless you have a LOT of mechanical experience, this is not something a DIYer will be able to do. I'd strongly recommend getting a rebuilt engine and have it installed, if the van is worth keeping. It will probably be cheaper than having yours repaired.

I work for a brake repair shop and trust me you are not alone.Enterprise and alot of other people bought the same van and had the same trouble.I hate to say but it doesnt stop there.About every 14 to 15 thousand miles you have to replace the front pads.As of now they dont have an upgrade, for instance ceramic pads, but I am sure they will very soon

I had the same problem on my 07 and it turned out to be caused by the bulbs getting too hot and melting the surrounding plastic which opened the circuit powering them. I was able to fix the problem by removing the bulbs and cleaning the sockets allowing the bulbs to seat correctly. The lenses snap off to give you access to the bulbs. If you are not familiar with how interiors of cars come apart, I would not suggest doing it as you may crack the lens.
Hope this help you
