My 2011 hyundai elantra won't turn over even though the electrical is working

It is your Inhibitor switch aka Neutral Switch. It is located on your transmission. Even though you do not have an engine light on, the code is pending. You can have code pulled at auto parts store. Part is $50, easy to install. In the mean time, pop the little cover by the shifter, that says Shift Lock Release, then put a flat head screw driver in there and push UP, move shifter to Neutral, then start.
OR IT IS YOUR BRAKE SWITCH LOCATED ON THE BRAKE PEDAL.
