Changed Thermostat, water pump, air intake gasket, still overheating
When you changed these components and refilled the cooling system, did you purge the air out of the top of the system by opening the bleeder valve. These engines have coolant in areas higher up in the engine where air can be trapped during refill. Air trapped in the system will cause overheating issues. Otherwise, the only thing you haven't mentioned in the system is the radiator and fan assemblies. They could be suspect, as could a possible blown head gasket.
You need to verify if your cooling fans are coming on first. If your a/c works, then when you turn on your a/c, the fans should come automatically regardless of engine temp. Or the fans should come on when your gauge reads around halfway. Radiators can become plugged or partially plugged internally also, restricting coolant flow. With engine warmed up and engine off, you can feel the radiator fins for cool spots which would indicate blockage (use common sense not to burn yourself). A laser thermometer is safer and easier.
