SOURCE: i am looking for the cylinder head torque

Tighten the cylinder head bolts 1 - 8 in the sequence shown in Cylinder Head Bolts Location and Tightening Sequence Using the 4 step torque turn method, tighten according to the following values:
Step 1: Bolts 1 - 8 to 61 N·m (45 ft. lbs.)
Step 2: Bolts 1 - 8 to 88 N·m (65 ft. lbs.)
Step 3: Bolts 1 - 8 (again) to 88 N·m (65 ft. lbs.)
Step 4: Bolts 1 - 8 turn an additional 1/4 Turn. (Do not use a torque wrench for this step.)
NOTE: Bolt torque after 1/4 turn should be over 122 N·m (90 ft. lbs.) If not, replace the bolt.

Tighten head bolt number 9 Cylinder Head Bolts Location and Tightening Sequence to 33 N·m (25 ft. lbs.) after head bolts 1 - 8 have been tighten to specifications.

SOURCE: high idle 1300 rpm chrysler concorde 3.5 1995

If the injectors are OEM for that motor then it sounds like your idle got knocked off or was adjusted to compensate for the old injectors getting worn and clogged. Look for you throttle cable at the intake manifold. Where the swivle is for the cable there is an adjustment for the cable. It should be a little round nut or screw.

SOURCE: No fuel getting to the

Sounds like you have a bad fuel pump module. Here's some steps to make sure.
1st you want to turn your key to the on position without starting the car and listen for the fuel pump to come on. It sounds like a small electric motor with a whine in the rear of the car.
2nd you need to check the fuel pressure under the hood on the engine. Located on the fuel rail is a small valve that looks like a air fill valve for a tire. If you have access to a guage you can check it yourself. If not then you can spray starting fluid or carb cleaner into the air intake ( after the air filter) and the engine should start. You may have done this step already to find the no fuel scenario. If the motor starts then either your fuel pump is not getting the voltage to turn on (fuel pump relay in this case) or your fuel pump is bad. This would be the most likely case and unfortunately the more expensive culprit.

2. Bolts 1 - 8 to 88 N•m (65 ft-lb)
3. Bolts 1 - 8 (again) to 88 N•m (65 ft-lb)
4. Bolts 1 - 8 turn an additional 1/4 Turn, this step does not require you to use a torque wrench
Remember, after 1/4 turn, the bolt torque should be over 122 N•m (90 ft-lb). Otherwise, buy new bolts. Once all that is done, tighten head bolt number 9 Cylinder Head Bolts Location and use Tightening Sequence to 33 N•m (25 ft-lb)
