How do I fix Drivers window that is off track?

just remove the door card/panel , lower the regulator/winder and manipulate it back into position then secure it.
You may want to investigate why it came off.

window track/cable is broken or off track. you have to remove your door panels and switches to access the inner panel and window guides to fix....

Hi,
generally the door panel has to come off. With the panel removed you can see the tracks. There is an adjustment for each track, and you can observe the action of the window in the track as you operate the window. slacken both track adjustment bolts if fitted, operate the window untill fully up, tighten each adj bolt and operate the window through the cycle. Make any further adjustments as needed. When correct install the door panel, and recheck the operation of the window.

poss ur window is off track or needs to be lubed in the tracks take off door panel and see if window is off track

there is a plastic retainer that is attached to the window glass that holds it into the track if the window was frozen shut or pushed downward this clip is very easy to break and the window will not follow the track,this clip is fairly cheap but requires a bit of window epoxy to secure the new guide clip to the window.It is fairly easy to fix.I hope this helped good luck.

does the window go up and down?? If not and there is a crunching type noise the regulator needs to be replaced

They Should go At the Bottom Of Glass With the Attatchment Track Glued to Bottom of Window, More than Likely they are Broken or Ineficient to Hold As Needed.

the best way to fix it is to replace the window run channel (rubber the glass slides in) and the regulator. or to get by if the regulator isnt bent take the door panel off, take the door glass out, the front of the run channel inside the door is bent foreward a little bend the metal track to the rear a little by hand, careful its weak, spray the run channel with silicone spray and reinstall the glass. if the run channel is torn it wont last.
