My set don't go forward anymore and outside temp does work

I am guessing this is an outside weather temperature thing? Have you checked the batteries of the outside probe? Made sure the "channel" is on the right setting etc?

If it is a gear looking symbol (in the owners manual it is called a snowflake), it comes on when the outside temp is between 31-36 degrees F.

Check the spark is firing or distributor.

you forgot the coolant temp sensor, this regulates how much fuel it needs according to temp outside, it can be read with a scan tool, it costs approx 20.00 and make sure they sell you the right one,you don't want the temp sender....You want coolant temp sensor ! In layman terms it's like a choke...more fuel when cold and less fuel when warm.

Replace the outside temp sensor. It's in front of the ac condenser.

Sure the engine coolant will be warmer than the outside temperture and if the car has been sitting a long time in cold weather and the outside temperture warms up it could be the other way around. The coolant temperture sensers aren't real accurate as they are a relaitive senser beween hot and cold and the numbers reported don't have to be real just the change from hot to cold and the reching of the coolant to the operating temperture. Noe it the senser doesn't read the opertating temperture coprrectly you'll have all kinds of problems. The therostaste will try to set the temperture of the water to it's set temperture and can open or close completly to get 195 degrees F. Many times if it's too cold then the stat is bad and needs to be replaced This shows up in alot of cars first thing after winter and the first onset of cold weather when the daily tempertures vary the most from day to night.

The most obvious first place to look is at the heater coil. Sounds like it's history.

Your description of the problem is not very clear. It seems as if your temp gauge does not work, or does not indicate the correct temperature.
If you disconnect the wire from the sensor unit and put it to battery negative (ground), the gauge should move to the full hot position. If this does not happen the best chance is that the gauge does not work. If it does work, the sensor is faulty. In a very unlikely situation, the wire could be faulty..

Check the inlet air temp sensor. It should be located near the airbox but before the throttle body. This unit does not show in code. It registors the outside air temp and adjusts throttle and fuel mixture to match. If the sensor id faulty it will show as being cold and set the throttle for cold starting and running. Check manual or Autozone for multimeter ohms check on this unit.
