I think on the 1999 V6 the firing order is 1-6-5-4-3-2. Stand with the engine pulleys and belts nearest to you. The cylinders are number as Odd and Even. The LEFT side is the EVEN numbers, (2-4-6). Number Two is nearest to you and Number 6 is furthest away from you. The RIGHT side is the ODD numbers, (1-3-5). Number One is nearest to you and number Five is furthest away from you.

Hello, the firing order on a 2.8 isa 123456. I know it sounds too simple, but this is the answer, you can also look at the intake manifold, this info shows as raised letters visible to the eye, confirming this. Good luck...Coop
