P0320 means that an ignition pulse that's supposed to fire a spark plug was missed. It could be as simple as a chafed wire under the hood. Watch this video:

2000 ford f150 has exhaust leak bought from dealer in may and code p0320 comes up and smells of burnt oil how dose this get fixed, is it expensive?

Here's the Ford discussion on it:

It's not an exhaust issue. P0320 means that one of the ignition coils did not get an electrical pulse to make a spark plug spark.

On certain Ford models, one of the underhood wires rubs against an air conditioner tube and chafes through the insulation causing this fault. You can separate the wire and wrap it with electrical tape and use a cable tie to prevent rubbing. Here's a YouTube video which shows an easy way to fix it.

Stalls and no start with code p0320 on a 1996 ford f150 5.0

Code 320 is for a problem with the RPM input to the computer, which could be the distributor or the ignition module.
