well that is simple , it means a load device is shorted.
and now the harness did not catch fire, and amazing fact.
no engine told and fuse boxs vary by engine there

F-Series, including a 4.2 L V6 and 4.6 L V8; a 5.4 L V8
now an answer me guess engine, or body type , 2door. only
what I do is unplug all load to that fuse, save on blow fuses.
and then connect them back 1 by 1 to see which one blow the fuse. (if still blows no loads) the harness is shorter or hacked.
#24 is listed as 30amps. in the manual typo? or other upped it to see a better harness fire?
it runs the PCM power relay other loads off it are 1amp fused so not that.
toss coin 4.2L answers I flat refuse to do all engine.
the OUTPUT pin of PCM power relay runs 7 major feeds.
best is to rent the service manual and read at page 13
- MAF shorted.
- PCM shorted (2pins)
- evap valve shorted 6 red
- canister vent solenoid 5 red inked below.
- ink3 is fuel pump shorted via relay same.
- feed A (2) injectors all, and EGRV,IMRC, the D +& E feeds
- feed C (4) inj.1,2,3
E feed too is
all O2 sensor heaters that love to short so unplug them first.
