You need a new Blower Motor Resistor located on the Blower Motor Housing under the dash on the passenger side floor board under the dash. They are fairly cheap and easy to replace, your switch is good. Get a Blower otor Resistor;)
In passengers compartment. passengers front seat. under side of dash near foot area. lay floor on back look up . If you have a cover pannal under dash board foot area you will need to remove it. the Blower motor resistor is attached by 2 screws and has a flat electrical plug with 5 wires. to the drivers side of Blower motor.
it is located under dash on passenger side probaly have to remove a shield to see it. if you lay on the passenger floor and look up under the dash you can see it. if it only works on high replace the blower resistor.
Underneath the dash near the passengers feet, right next to the blower motor. It is held by two screws or is clipped in with plastic clips. Probably screws though and has a wire harness attached to it. Very easy to replace, just might have to lay on your back on the passenger side floor to visually see it and remove the resistor pack.
Sounds like resistor gone, which is in circuit between your controls and the blower motor. Usually located under dash near ducting, or near blower motor, which I believe in your vehicle is located under hood on passenger side firewall area. I normally will follow harness (wiring) from blower and work back to switch at dash to locate resistor. When you check at autoparts store or dealer for new blower resistor, they should be able to tell you probable location if not exact, as well as whether it may be possibly built in to blower motor assembly.
I've never seen a vehicle w/o a blower resistor. You don't need to remove the blower. The resistor is about 2 inches x 3 inches and is installed in a hole in the plenum (duct) near the blower motor. It will have a wiring harness connected to it. It could be under the passenger dash or under the hood, depending on where the blower motor is.
