Why am I hearing a roaring sound in my 2007 Lexus 350?

My vehicle started making a roaring sound coming from the left side, rear. Thought it was the tire, so I had tires rotated. The noise continued. Took it to Lexus service. I informed them of the above and asked if thy would check it thoroughly. Was told to give it time since tires were rotated. Noise continued. Took it back to tire center. They replaced two tires on left side. Noise continues.

I am thinking that the noise is from a failed wheel bearing or possible cv joint failure
find yourself another service dealer as tire noise is either there or not there and rotation (if it is a faulty tyie ) would move to the new position
Here is a clue to consider
rotating tires is a ploy by the tire dealers to sell tires
have a wheel alignment done on the rear first and then the front and leave the tires alone
if it is a front wheel drive vehicle you will get 3 times the mileage out of the rear tires compared to the front drive tires and that is a big saving for you
next point -- radial tires continue to wear in the same pattern regardless of where they are put so how are you to know it it is a faulty tire construction or a need for a wheel alignment
third point --- many brands of tires are made as directional tires ( a directional arrow on the side wall) and cannot be rotated because they cannot be fitted on a wheel that rotates against the arrow
if they are the wear in pattern of the belts in the rubber is altered and may lead to tire failure ---the tread pattern is designed to remove maximum water and produce maximum grip in the direction of the arrow

I have a 2007 BMW 750 I that is making a small roar that sounds like it is coming from the rear end. How can I fix this problem?

Most probably that sound comes from a bearing. Try to locate more exactly where do it came from (left or right side) and then change that's wheel bearing.

Load roaring sound 1995 subaru sound coming from back

Roaring noise from rear is a classic symptom of a rear wheel bearing beginning to fail. The noise is amplified thru the body and make an awful racket. The trick is figuring out which one is failing. Your mechanic may recommend replacing both sides if the vehicles mileage warrants it.

I had the same problem with my 2007 RX350. Had the tires replaced under warranty because of this roaring noise and still had the same problem. Replaced the original equipment brand tires with a set of new michelins and the noise went away. This was 10,000 miles ago.

Where VIN is located in 2007 Lexus RX 350?

First, either find your VIN number on your vehicle registration or car title or in vehicle maintenance records from your dealer. Additionally, you can find the VIN at various locations on your car. Frequently you can find your VIN number in one of the following locations: on the driver's side door jam (sometimes on the passenger's side), under the windshield on the driver's side, near the firewall of the vehicle or on the steering column. Other places to search for a vehicle identification number include various locations under the hood of your car.

sounds to me like either the drive shaft axle bearing is wearing out or the rear end gear on the left side uis going out. check the rear end for gear oil level if its low that could mean your rear end is about to go out.
