IN THE FUSE BOX. (CAB OR BAY_)
THE OLD USERS GUIDE AND THE SERVICE MANUAL COVERS FUSES.
PARKS = TAILS
PARKS ARE FRONT REAR. BOTH
SO ARE BOTH ENDS OF CAR DEAD FOR PARKS?
THE FUSE IS MARKED "TAIL"
AND RUNS ALL 10 PARK LAMPS ON THE CAR.
THE PARK FEED TO TAIL OF CAR PASSES TROUGH A LIGHT FAILURE SENSOR ON 4 REAR TAIL LAMPS ONLY
THE SENSORS IS OPTIONAL AND NEEDS FUSE "GAUGE" NOT BLOW TOO., THIS OPTION SO FITTED, HAS CLUSTER LAMP CALLED
"REAR LIGHT " WARNING
REPOST AND TELL WHAT ALL 10 PARKS DO.
OTHER WISE HUGE WORK DOING THE HARDWAY
FRONT, REAR AND SIDE MARKER ARE ALL PARK LAMPS
THE LEGACY NAME TAIL IS STILL USED BACK TO 1920.
SO IS A TRADITION BUT BIG TIME CONFUSING WITH 10 LAMPS.
LIKE SAYING MY FRONT TAIL LAMPS ARE DEAD., SILLY.
If the tail lights, low fuel light, temperature gauge, and fuel gauge are not working, there could be several possible causes:
Blown Fuses: Check the fuses for the tail lights, low fuel light, temperature gauge, and fuel gauge. If any of these fuses are blown, replace them with a new one.
Loose or damaged wiring: Inspect the wiring for the tail lights, low fuel light, temperature gauge, and fuel gauge. Look for any loose connections or damaged wires. Repair or replace any damaged wires and ensure all connections are tight.
Faulty sending units: The low fuel light and fuel gauge are connected to the fuel sending unit in the gas tank. The temperature gauge is connected to a temperature sending unit on the engine. Check these sending units for faults, and replace them if necessary.
Faulty instrument cluster: The instrument cluster itself could be faulty, causing the temperature and fuel gauges to not work. A qualified mechanic can test the instrument cluster to see if this is the issue.
It's also possible that the trike has a separate electrical system for the tail lights, and that this system is malfunctioning. A qualified mechanic can test the trike's electrical system to determine the cause of the issue.
the common system problem look like the headlights switch
and cluster back bulbs .... remove front panel cluster and remove headlight switch look for burn wire or connector terminal. test light
fuses all
hope it helps
Similar issue, and it turned out that the dash light and socket were melted and caused the wiring issue. Take out the console and examine the light and socket on the back near the center of the console.
Hi there! I am having the same issue. It seems like every time that it rains a lot this happens. Check the battery though, the ground connection of my battery is wet every time this happen's. Check if the battery is damp or wet, that is usually what causes it for me. I am in the process of getting a cover for it, or putting electrical tape over it.
There is a TSB on this issues if your having ignition lock issues.
